For now the misting fans available output slightly too much water, we are working on creating our own. For the misting fans currently available, the O2COOL, the protocol is to give one spray and let the fan evaporate the water from the skin causing the cooling sensation without drenching someone.  A small distance could enhance the misting effect. Offer a quick mist cooldown, and always ask permission before misting.
